EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. ​

 

TRIN'S BLING & STYLE BOUTIQUE LLC DOES NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR MERCHANDISE DUE TO ITEMS COMING DIRECTLY FROM OUR INTERNATIONAL WAREHOUSE TO OUR USA WAREHOUSE WHICH INCLUDES INTERNATIONAL FEES ASSOCIATED WITH INVENTORY. 

 

CANCELLED ORDERS

CUSTOMERS WHO SHOP FOR ITEMS AND CANCEL ITEMS THAT WERE PULLED FROM OUR INVENTORY SHELVES, THERE IS A RESTOCKING FEE ADDED TO YOUR ORDER.

 

EXCHANGES

TRIN'S BLING & STYLE BOUTIQUE LLC, QUALITY CHECKS ALL ITEMS SHIPPED TO OUR CUSTOMERS; HOWEVER WE WILL PROVIDE CUSTOMERS WITH THE OPTION TO EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE THAT IS DEFECTED OR MISREPRESENTED IN ERROR. THE ITEM MUST BE UNWORN AND UNUSED. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL CONDITION, TAGS AND PACKAGING. 

 

CUSTOMERS HAVE A 3-DAY GRACE PERIOD FROM  DELIVERY TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR SHOPPING CREDIT FOR THE MERCHANDISE. 

 

SHIPPING

TRIN'S BLING & STYLE BOUTIQUE LLC USES USPS & UPS FOR SHIPPING. ONCE MERCHANDISE IS DROPPED OFF TO SHIPPING COMPANY, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS AND LOST PACKAGES. ALL CUSTOMERS ARE PROVIDED A TRACKING NUMBER ON THEIR PACKAGES AND MUST CONTACT THE SHIPPING COMPANY FOR DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES.  

 

PRIVACY POLICY

TRIN'S BLING & STYLE BOUTIQUE LLC, WILL NOT SHARE OR SELL ANY OF OUR CUSTOMER INFORMATION TO 3RD PARTY SELLERS OR COMPANIES. TRIN'S BLING & STYLE BOUTIQUE LLC WILL NOT SPAM OR MULTIPLE JUNK MAIL OUR CUSTOMERS. ALL CUSTOMERS RECIEVING PROMOTIONAL EMAILS ARE SUBSRCIBERS TO OUR EMAIL LIST.
